Q: Are you a TFL Licensed Company?
Yes, we are officially licensed by TFL to transfer public.
Q: Are your prices fixed?

Yes, all our prices are fixed. Prices may vary if the customer adds any additional pickups or drop-offs, any waiting time or extra stops, You may also be charged for Wrong or Incorrect Vehicle Booked.

Q: Do you provide Child/Infant Seat?

Yes, we provide 1 free child seat, additional seats can be arranged at an extra cost of £5.00 per child seat.

Q: Where do I find my driver at the Airport?

Our driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall of the airport with your name board. Meeting points at each airport is available in Booking Confirmation email and also listed below.

Heathrow Airport

 Terminal 2 & Terminal 3

 Terminal 4 & Terminal 5  

 

Driver will be waiting by WH Smith (Stationary Shop) in the arrivals hall. 

 Driver will be waiting by the Costa Coffee Shop in the arrivals hall. 

Gatwick Airport

 North Terminal & South Terminal 

 

Driver will be waiting by the Costa Coffee Shop in the arrivals hall. 

 Luton Airport

Driver will be waiting by the Costa Coffee Shop in the arrivals hall.

London City Airport

Driver will be waiting by WH Smith (Stationary Shop) in the arrivals hall.

 

Stansted Airport

Driver will be waiting by the Costa Coffee Shop in the arrivals hall. 

Southend Airport

Driver will be waiting by the Costa Coffee Shop in the arrivals hall.

  

Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?

Passenger need to call our office number (+44) 20 36691117 provided on the Confirmation email or you can find in our website.

Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking, you can get a refund. Please refer to our Terms and conditions.
Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed or what if flight lands before the actual scheduled Landing time?

No, we track and monitor our passenger’s flight and driver will be inside the airport accordingly. Usually the driver will be inside the terminal only 30 minutes after your international flight has landed.

Q: What if I miss my flight?

Passenger needs to call our office as soon as possible So that we will not send out a driver for your booking, also passenger can reschedule the pick up without any extra cost.

Q: Are your prices quoted is per person or per Vehicle?

Prices are quoted per car, Please see car capacity for further details.

Q: How early do I need to book?
We recommend our passengers to book at least 24 hours in advance. For last minute bookings, we advise you to call our office and get the booking confirmation.
